FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- For a weekend rental *pick up keys Friday at 1pm and drop keys on Sunday at noon*
- The rate includes serving bar, preparation kitchen and audio/video equipment (12 ft screen/projector/sound system/microphones)
- A non-refundable Deposit is due upon booking ($500 for weekend rentals)
- The deposit does not guarantee the rental rate; it reserves the date you have requested (see the bylaw for annual rates)
- Please fill out the Rental Agreement (above), due upon booking
- $50 fee to change booking date
- Wedding Damage Deposit (separate cheque – refundable with completed renter checklist) – $500
- Weddings, cabarets, etc.(Friday 1:00 pm to Sunday noon) Please pick up keys at Lumsden Municipal Office and drop off keys in the Lumsden Municipal Office overnight drop slot - $1500 Plus GST (2024 Only)
- Hourly Rate (Monday to Thursday Only) – $41/hr + gst (4 hours or less)
- Daily Rate $670 + gst (4 hours or more) (whole hall)
- Market Style Event Per day $850 (access to both levels)
- Note: In consideration of customers of the Lumsden Supermarket, please refrain from parking in their lot. Instead, kindly use the rink parking lot for your functions held at the Centennial Hall.
- Free WiFi
- Stage dimensions – 16 feet wide, 12 feet deep and 3 feet high.
- The hall dimensions of open area on the main floor is approximately 75 feet x 60 feet.
- Distance from sliding doors to the front of stage is approximately 50 feet.
- Table thickness is 1.5 inches, plastic tables are available in round and rectangular
- Salt and Pepper shakers are available – hall does not supply salt or pepper
- No black scuffing shoes
- Do not drag chairs on hardwood floors
- Bring your own garbage bags
- Don't put flowers in the fridges
