Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment - Bylaw No. 2025-06

The Town of Lumsden is proposing to amend the Zoning Bylaw by adding a definition for "Wellness Facility" as well as adding "Wellness Facility" as a Discretionary Use to the Public Service (PS) Zoning District to accommodate a development application for a proposed Mobile Sauna in River Park.

A Public Hearing on the proposed amendment will be held on Tuesday October 14, 2025, at 7:00pm in person at the Lumsden Municipal Office located at 300 James Street N in Lumsden, or virtually, via Zoom.  Written or verbal submissions may provided for Council's consideration at the hearing, or in advance.  Please submit any advance comments by 4:00pm on Monday, October 13, 2025.
