Notice of Localized Flooding

The Town of Lumsden is aware of localized flooding in areas of the community following the significant amount of rainfall received in a short period of time.

Public Works staff are actively monitoring conditions and taking all steps available to help ensure water is moving as quickly as possible toward designated drainage locations.

We appreciate residents’ patience and understanding while our crews work to address the impacts of the rainfall.

Residents are asked to please use caution around areas of standing water and avoid driving through flooded areas where possible.
