Two crews will be working, so there will be plenty of activity. Please obey signage, if you drive across the tack coat, your vehicle will pay the price. Tack coat is a thin layer of asphalt emulsion applied between pavement layers to bond them into a single, durable structure.
If your roadway is scheduled for a ‘rebuild’, there will be deep excavation that interferes with your ability to park adjacent to your residence. These interruptions are obviously temporary and we appreciate your patience.
The ‘Projected Start Dates’ are subject to change due to inclement weather.
Garbage collection days may vary depending on the status of your asphalt project.
Recycling collection may be missed entirely for your street if the condition of the road is impassable; Loraas will not reschedule.
We appreciate your patience throughout this project, it’s going to look great!
